Now you surprise me geodcan, to not know this. The deal is done already ! The deadline was 14 th of november. It was a brief post from them today that the deal is closed, but it is finally done. This is a relief, for sure, on the other hand they worked already very closely together for a couple of months, so I didn't thought they would let eachother down. Spread the word now and let the SP appreciate !!
