Personally, I don't mind whether it happens before Thanksgiving or in the spring, would be nice to get some clarity though.
From the way the stock has been trading for the last few weeks, it seems like many people are waiting on the sidelines because of the uncertainty reg the rs and uplist. I think that if up list doesn't happen by thanksgiving and is pushed to spring, it might actually cause the sp to spike as people jump back in after fear of "the big bad" rs is delayed to spring time
