That's ridiculous. What interest would KKR or LCY have in a completely empty, dead, debt ridden shell company?

Seriously...that's the big picture. And here's more: there has never been any interest expressed by LCY, KKR, or any other company in purchasing BioAmber since the SISP closed last July. It has never been linked to this company, here, or on other social media. Know why? Because there is absolutely no interest in acquiring BioAmber, the company. None.

All this BS about a buy out, share swap, liquidation dividend is just that, BS. Not a shred of truth in any of it. BioAmber is a pump and dump with flippers and others getting out for whatever they can. Its stock will be cancelled, it is an empty, out of business, debt ridden shell company.
