Acela did not confirm no deal. They said no deal with the current structure and that they were still talking to cdix as well as looking at other options. If CDIX has come right out and said they were sill working on it, this would be at .007 still but they didn't. Nor did they say it was off. Now both companies are silent on the issue. So your guess is as good as mine but there is still a chance this is going through from the info we have been given.
