Geez. FINRA hasn't received the notification yet, and "yet" is the key word. The case closed sometime yesterday, and the timetable for the notification is completely in the hands of the lawyer and monitor. They have to also notify the state of Delaware, the SEC, and file with the certificate with the CCAA court, and none of those are in any particular order.
Just because FINRA wasn't notified the minute the order was posted doesn't mean there is any sort of legitimacy to any of the fairy tales about a huge buyout or dividend, those are both pure BS.
Shareholders will lose 100% of their investment in this stock.
