No disagreement on the points, except you assume they are illegal. Can they be, yep, and are they, maybe, but prove it. I report anything and everything I see, I capture screen shots, posts, etc. To that end, I have two letters from the DOJ covering two cases where I reported issues in the given securities. I was a shareholder in one, not in the other. They honestly do their best, but when you have burdensome processes and countless complaints, often, many unfounded (people are just pissed they made bad investing decisions) it is hard to weed out the legit complaints and infractions and prosecute them successfully. Best advice, don't invest in borderline companies, especially if the do business with the "scum" you don't like.

I appreciate your strong liking of SGLB, but often shareholders have turned a blind eye to the negatives in the company/industry/etc, and it has hurt there value. I like the unique nature of their business and they may one day be a successful company...we will see...
