Honestly, I mean if we really want to speculate, who's to say the otc listed them to grab their cash, knew predictive long term goal was to list to nasdaq, so the otc just screwed them over? Cash grab, see you later. The otc rules are pretty vague on what could lead to being delisted, so if we're going to speculate, let's play both sides.
