Guido - ur a gentleman and a scholar! Nice to see more folks holding big media accountable. Our (non-JPS) board’s interpretation is accurate of the plan:

1) generate capital organically until October 2020

2) release via consent decree

3) raise capital in phases to reach capital levels set in decree

4) once capital is raised release from conservatorship in 2021 or 2022
