-$80M+ in assets (this was mentioned in an HSI shareholder letter from March 2019)
-with 12.7M OS... marketcap still under $1M
-company was quiet since merger news in July, now 3 press releases announcing board members in last 10 days, believe this is that start of a major news cycle
-chart looks great
