Business deals with what???

BioAmber has nothing to make a business deal with. KKR, Vinmar, Mitsui are not stupid enough to buy a dead, empty, worthless, debt ridden company. None of this fairy tale about a buyout, not one bit of it has any truth to it. BioAmber is a pump and dump.

This common stock will be cancelled. Those holding the stock will lose 100% of their investment.
