$FELP this should not be trading at these values. Going to 30cents within a month. There assets are +$500 millions more than liabilities. Seems like funds were unloading since they can't trade in OTC. Those that got in today are very lucky. I had to average down. They didn't even file Bk. It was their major back up firm.
