Bob: ETCR gave up dividend shares to long term shareholders who were holding shares of of the end of July 2001, restricted shares were then distributed at the end of July 2002, and unrestricted shares at the end of Jul 2003. You can see that the long termers aren't selling their dividend shares. Lots of long termers on this one.
