It's pretty simple. PRED was/is a pump and dump scheme. I specialize in shorting pump and dumps and its pretty obvious. All OTC pump and dumps end up at zero or at the subpenny level in about a year. As soon as those pump emails were sent out with a disclaimer in the bottom that they were compensated with cash by PRED for those emails, the future of PRED was easy to predict. ZERO within a year.
