Thing is don't they have to still come to the 2020 AGM and formally announce that folks voted AGAINST them continuing to serve ? THAT would be AWESOME to see in person.

If it's all staged...I see buyout by Medtronic in late April and new blood addressing the investors in late June. Mc and team (whether they read the board or not) HAVE to know their "reign" will be ending soon (on the BOD). All IMO
