Check out legislation 360 West Virginia. It’s devastating for natural gas companies. Rightfully so beings I have experience in dealing with them before and after that legislation passed in favor of land owners. I announce this many months ago on this board when this was $7-$8 I believe. I would invest in the land not the company. Until the natural gas companies get people in office in favor of screwing over land owners, this PPS will adjust accordingly as it has shown.
