I saw it --- mere 20K shares ask at 0.0001! Who is such stupid to sell total 50K shares at $0.0001 (mere worthy $5) to get Nothing back because the commission alone will cost him at least $5? Obviously it is someone's manipulation effort in order to cause ACTL to hit "Zero" or 0.000001 again or seduce the other people to follow up more 0.0001 asking orders! Anyway until the market close nobody added any share at the 0.0001 ask! So that effort was failed 100%!

If the ask could be increased to 100M ~ 500M shares (worthy $10K ~ $50K) then I would Slap out all of them with a Single buy order! Without 1M or more shares at the 0.0001 ask anyone should not buy it at all because the commission alone will be a big part of cost base!

0.0001 x 0.0002 for quite a while. It seems the sales from the weak hands and tax-loss sellers are almost done. End of 12/31 is nearby!

ACTL is the Cheapest 0.0001-Bottom Clean Shell based on its meager $69K MV!

Based on measly 300M ~ 350M shares FIXED Tiny float this hidden gem can easily surge back to 0.022 again within just a few days...
