Dittos, I am in full agreement with everything you said in this post concerning the ongoing investigation regarding Bruce, Barry and Hemp, Inc. I had heard something to the effect that the case was sent to the courts to determine sentencing, and that the case is on the docket to be heard (but, I could be mistaken about this). I am also of the understanding that the SEC does not do the sentencing, but merely provides the courts with their findings.

If the courts behave in this case as they have done in similar cases, my guess is that they would try to find an equitible settlement that would not harm the very people they are there to protect -- namely the investors and traders of Hemp, Inc. There is a link to SEC cases that have been settled. It is an interesting read that can give insight into how various types of cases are finally settled. Rather than spend the time finding that link, I will leave that as an exercise for those interested enough to do a little digging. I would welcome anyone providing that material, since it is out of my perview.

DISCLAIMER: Same as always. Do your own due diligence, since you are ultimately responsible for making your own investment decisions.

In the meantime, GO HEMP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
