well, the fact that they are buying a shell instead of raising money traditionally through rounds of seed financing like most major brands who go public says a lot by itself. tells me their sales are not compelling. tells me that they are not very successful. especially since they are taking on the $3.1 mil in liabilities of the company. that is just stupid.
