I'm holding, here's why; I live in Canada... and get Canadian News there's no huge glute of MJ that many of the US articles have claimed. What happened is Health Canada wanted a slow rollout for legal recreational use, they also wanted to fill all of their orders for Medical MJ and for their exports.

There wasn't enough "Licensed Cannabis Dispensaries." There is now, as you can see Statistics Canada Link below.
