This isn't Bank of America ,this is an MJ Bank. Agree that the PR is a bit light on information. I'm sure it was just put out there to let the shareholders know what is coming and calm fears. But once it's all done it will all be condensed into the website. I'm guessing the plan is to release a super 8-k and website simultaneously and then up listing.
