defendant cvsi etc got new attorneys in the b.s. class action re: patent disclosure.

Last action posted on PaceMonitor was the Sep24 Plaintiff request to file additional support, and Defendant stating no objection.

If a new attorney was hired, that is inside information as the court has not yet made ti public. How would you be aware of it?

Now the Attorneys in DC working with the patent office are not part of the defense of the bogus lawsuit.
