Just before the S1 offering consumated evidently. That had to consumate at 125% of common shares price. And ~$3 sumthin range only seen on Monday of this week.

Having concerns on Hayward's deliberate choice of generating relatively non-news with his Asian Leather PR pump before Tuesday's wild ride. And holding off the real news of S1 buy-in at around $5 sumthin'.

We were misled. Ahhh. Needing Jim to step down as gracefully as possible.
