The office is like a WeWork office... one secretary, multiple companies working on the same floor. Each company rents out their space.

Everette has his base office address there, yet he never seems to be there. I have called in the past, and the secretary did not know who Everett was, but that he was the individual listed on the office. She didn't have any further info and was basically only there to transfer calls.

I'm sure if you look at the ARSN contact details, they are probably the same as CZNI, as well as the home of suspended stock FLSR.
