Does not ring true to me either. Offor does not need cash right now and why a non-voting turst? Sounds much too progressive for Nigeria. Next we'll hear that Offor is ging to use the proceeds to construct a series of orphanages through out Africa. Though I do thank Hal for passing along what he heard.
