Absolutely, look how far they are going with the sanction appeal! I read Apples Amicus for the Supreme Court case about the IPRs being constitutional and then to see the accusations they made against the PTAB in their appeal is so contradicting.. I’ll try and pull it up...it’s definitely worth a read..
