Possibly not fraud, but definitely inept, incompetant handling of the company. Either way, the result is the same. It's not like Dave didn't know what needed to be done, he's just stupid or lazy. There is no excuse for the current state of LAHO. NO excuse for not filing for 2 years, period. I don't care if Dave and Benito are the sweetest guys on Earth and have good intentions, the fact is they are running a crap-show right now.
I certainly hope they get their act together and get the form 10 done. I'm tired of losing money on stocks like this. LAHO is definitely my final foray into the world of the OTC (along with another crap stock I own).
I certainly hope all of the cheerful-Charlies on this board are right and we all make bank. Just don't hold your breath.
