they had to increase it to cover all the convertible notes left, since the new os after the merger is now 3.2 BILLION.

Play the price action. As of now I see 0 dilution and it would be crazy to dilute right after merger imo

They did everything right and on time thusfar... I down they plan to dilute under 05
