I don't think the 8 years of No activity will present any problem for filing.. Jethro Bodine on Beverly Hillbillies said, Naught + Naught = Naught so do that 8 times. It is still NAUGHT.

SFIO is the chosen shell, there is a cost of $$ to do this so I think it is 95% chance SFIO/BETTA gets done as we this far in...

A seller wanted out Monday (after nut comments of 5000/1 RS this weekend) and busted out yesterday so big deal..2M shares changed hands and no real buying impetus has restarted or kicked in yet.. All due though.
Look at daily chart.. has NEVER had 4 red candle days.. Very low volume on this OS condition and a head-jerk is about to happen heading up.
