Markman hearing. A Markman hearing is a pretrial hearing in a U.S. District Court during which a judge examines evidence from all parties on the appropriate meanings of relevant key words used in a patent claim, when patent infringement is alleged by a plaintiff. It is also known as a "Claim Construction Hearing".

Where is VPLM a claim construction for her to make her decision? It’s a bullshit decision without all of the evidence. That is the crime right there. And the added attorney fees are from her failure to follow the law. But nice try

Not true at all, inact her opinion is useless now, now its the federal court of appeals who matters.

Who do you t hink they will believe more, the director of the USPTO, and 5 seperate PTAB panels of judges, who spent years examining these cases after hearing expert testimony, and the US Supereme court who says that the PTAB rules in these types of cases.

Or one judge KOH, whom by her own words "hates patent law"
