If one knows how to read the case documents it appears to me to be the same David Dalton.

I do NOT know if any has been paid. I only know what the lien search tells me.
As you can see, it has been dead since 2010 until June this year when they filed Petition For Oral Examination In Aid Of Enforcement Of Judgement.
Court appearance was Sept 4th. We do not know status of it yet.
