I think they are still doing something/working behind the scenes. Someone like Mitch with his experience and background; still being there says something. They should just do 3 movies a week for the $20 like AMC. It works! Going to any theatre gives them the edge. I think they are waiting for the the production/library lawsuit to get squashed and then open back up. Let Ted be investor not owner and pay him based on profits in stock options as incentive to make stock price go up and not down this time!

MoviePass is seeking a Director of Engineering for their mobile team. This individual must have extensive experience in both mobile development and team management. The Director will report to the Chief Technology Officer, directly oversee all areas of the mobile engineering team, help coordinate cross functional teams and ensure the quality of MoviePass’ mobile applications. This individual will mentor, develop, coordinate, and oversee iOS and Android engineers in everyday operations. In this position, you will need to be able to provide hands-on assistance when needed as well as being able to come to the table to project plan and manage.
Your Role
Work on complex projects from conception to completion and ongoing maintenance Manage the development of staff and ensure that Moviepass; vision is executed by the development team Identify opportunities for development team growth (training, etc.) Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer to make sure the development team is adhering to the company roadmap Partner with the Director of Backend Engineering to come up with long term technical strategy What We Love To See
