This is shell, the billion dollar oil company that you work for, the buy another oil producing assets and they take on the debt because they are bigger company and can service the debt as needed. Again and again, this is a shell, they just bought the ticker, it would not be wise to take over the debt, some maybe but not all, if that was the case this stock would go to the trips and it will have no bids. Do you understand how this works. You are taking about buying a business, we are talking about buying a shell, not Shale oil.
