You are incorrect. Ben Fuschino does not have a lawsuit with SRSR.

Here is what happened; Ben Fuschino is owed $225,000 by Nio Star which is a 100% owned Ontario subsidiary of SRSR.

Mr. Fuschino sued Nio Star for the money owed, Nio Star counter sued Mr. Fuschino. This is common with lawsuits.

And, when Ben was a director of SRSR it was at over 10 cents per share; currently under management of Dan Byrnes convicted of fraud by the NY Department of Labour and fined $304,000 for his fraud has managed SRSR to 15/100's of a cent where it is currently languishing.

This is totally irrelevant to JSHG but that is the real story.,
