Dang I just Googled "Carl Dilley scam" and you are right. Guys a serial scammer from what little DD I did and seen so far. How can someone like that, that is black listed everywhere, be involved with any public traded company?

Not sure how anyone missed this. WOW that is nasty and he was a board member in February. Good grief that is a bombshell here and may explain why others jumped ship as well.

Looks like from 2009-2014 Carl Dilley was involved in some really bad stuff. Goes all the way back to 2002 and not sure how anyone at CANB would not seen this.
