Perception from the brand name is it’s CBD

It’s in big letters

Really big

It’s not CBD

It’s hemp extract.

CV sciences is selling something that looks too much like GWs approved drug

It can confuse consumers

Confused customers will be who’s fault??
I’d say CVSI is at fault, if they were confused.
Therefore, GWs legal is likely not too keen on CVs plusCBD
And possibly the FDA as well. We’ve heard from on this topic(in general).
They say nothing should impede GWs marketing of their approved drug
