#7382 RE: magicjs #7381

magics, OK I will stop calling for $5.00. Instead, I will call for $15 to $25 by the end of next year. They have a super new product they are keeping really secret, for the sake of competition, my guess. The have stated it will be a 100,000,000 pound product and could get to 300,000,000 pounds, coming out in late Q2 next year.

Lets do some math. Their cheapest bran goes for 25 cents per pound. Rice flour goes wholesale for about $1.00 per pound, but cheaper than RIBT's top bran. Rice flour is used in place of SRB for a lot of products. SRB is more nutritious but added to meat or meat substitutes rice flour is more competitive than RIBT's top grade. If RIBT's new product with possible direct-fed microbials added and they could get 75 cents per pound for it, they'd get plenty of business. If the gross profit was 50%, that is 37.5 cents per pound, or $37,000,000 gross profit. Revenues of $75.000.000 added to the 2019 revenue estimate of $27,000,000. Come on now magicjs a $5.00 stock, get real and buy a calculator. Even if my numbers are off by 50%, still a super stock. RIBT is the best kept secret on Wall Street. RIBT management has been sandbagging this new product. Look for more buying by Continental on the cheap to confirm my forecast.

I might add, if you have been listening to the CC's Rystrom has been saying a lot about the new speed of the processing equipment being installed. Just making our current product cheaper is more profit.
