I have one of those stocks.. PERL i can no longer buy with my broker, but i sold some a few weeks ago and a week later TD Ameritrade hit me with an additional 75 dollar 'Transfer Agent Fee' for processing a cert.

Staying away from expert market/grey sheet shit stocks however with TD i can buy SWYDF, just set in an order at 0001 to check. Good luck with that one Ernie 44, at least it is OTC PK and current. Get some Canadians together to buy that one up.
