No clue, other than it's always been extremely thin, and moved easily in it's history.....but also very thinly traded as well. I sold awhile back when the filings went delinquent. I'm only holding one delinquent filer right now, and not buying any more, until we know more details about the proposed amendments to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11.
