3 billion authorized. crap financials. no capital. horrible product. disastrous combination. saml buyers today are officially bagholders. company is not worth $120 mil no mam, no ham, no turkey. definitely not worth $30 mil or even $10 mil. this is a consumer product. it is not tech. it is not software. the overhead is atrocious. and the profit margins are tiny. the product has HORRIBlE reviews by those who initially invested in the company through kickstarter. no way around that. they are doomed. now has turned to stinky pinkyland to peddle to new innocents. saml buyer beware.
