Good response - I agree with your assessment and it was also my oversight not to include you in the list of posters - my bad!

I am just curious if you feel there will be a date of record? Or, will it simply be date the state of NY approves sale and any person who has stock gets piece of action? I had believed this would conclude by EOY but longer we go without details - more I believe this goes to end of Q1 2020.
