Not much follow thru yet. But at least PED holding its gains from yesterday! That would be enough to impress me for now.

I'm almost willing to bet that yesterday's buyer(s) was an institution either adding shares or opening a new position in PED.

Entire oil sector has been beaten down this year and is likely overdue for either a bounce or a turnaround. jmho
