As has been described countless times, the November dates are speculation. They are dates people hope Aryc flies by as that is when financials are due for regular companies.
However, aryc has filed a form 15 which gives them a separate allocated timeline to file the last couple years and get current. That timeline extends into next year.
They can file anytime between now and then. All dates between now and then are speculation, we just don’t know for sure when that actual date will be.
