Do US companies not have to make sure that a pr is factually correct? Obviously stating that ww oil and gas is a wholly owned subsidiary of ww energy is very misleading to those shareholders who believe the statement that ww energy owns 100% of ww oil and gas. Is it not possible that bign has disposed of it's interest without informing bign shareholders?

WWNG has over the past year used the terms "wholly owned subsidiary" and "subsidiary" in refering to WW Oil & Gas.
BIGN has stated numerous times that is holds a 50% stake in WW Oil & Gas.
It is my belief that WWNG poorly words it's press releases and that there has been no material change in BIGN's ownership stake in WW Oil & Gas.
Bee holding quiet and tight for way too long now. I'm ready to hear about the closing of the LOI. We could see some serious fireworks.
