#72580 RE: Daguvanuh #72578

I'll tell you why I am taking a wait and see attitude, with respect to any possible R/S.
I have been in many R/M deals, where the deal struck with the old owners includes the return of large amounts of stock to the treasury.
I think it's safe to bet that the old officers/owners own substantial amount of this stock.
Prior to Mr. Rubin, there was no company and the ticker had a CE sign slapped on it. The ticker was dead and so was the value of the ticker, as far as what the owners could reap from it.
When Rubin approached them with a offer, does anyone here think that he was going to let them continue to retain ANY type of control, by way of stock holding?
Usually, what I see, is their stock gets sold to Rubin, who I expect will take any commons and return them to the treasury. Not out of the goodness of his heart, but they will be exchanged for Preferred Shares, and thus down goes the number of OS Common Shares.
