When/if they deregister they won't have to worry about the sec. They filed Form 15 to avoid being shut down. Understand?

Yeah man, that's what I'm saying. If they were skirting the SEC at one time, that form 15 brought them out into the light. I believe they must comply, just not familiar enough to establish a precedence on a timing requirement if one exists. I'm all jacked up over it, so perhaps were close. The longer it goes on, the less cents it makes, haha. Optimum time for us, is not optimum time for Mark. Something has to give at some point, either SEC steps in, or they just file the damn paperwork. Crazy it has been going on this long ,imo.

The quarters don’t matter now. The only thing that matters with the company and SEC is filing before the date set per the form 15. That’s really the only date that matters, everything is speculation and any missed dates for current filers means nothing here
