It looks like the actions are, or seeking evidence of bank fraud, wire fraud, money laundering, mail fraud........ The timeframe of the fraud allegations look like Carl Dorvil robbed GEX and passed the scraps to the Kumar character.

Trials are set for Q1 and Q2 and Q4 of 2020. Waiting game
