I've seen OTC companies, with far less to offer, run to dollars on similar share structures. Looking forward to seeing what Gifa can do.

Absolutely. $GIFX, truly much more like the share structure of a NASDAQ or listed company.

No billions of shares issued here and zero dilution and their very first move was to REDUCE the total available shares- almost unheard of on an OTC stock !

The reverse merger is completed. They've got the Grandex Finance direct lender deal closed and buttoned up now. They bought Intel Chemicals and appear to be completing it's integration.

GIFX now owns that additional direct lender finance company as part of their conglomerate portfolio of companies and they paid cash to acquire the stock of that company. Anything stated to the contrary is disinformation and a false narrative.

GIFX aka GIFA Inc has not sold or diluted one share of stock into the public float since they took over old FRFS (Firefish) and are in-process of completing this reverse merger. Not a single share has been diluted or sold by insiders and the Transfer Agent will confirm those immutable facts.

Put another check in the box of factual due diligence. Gifx is an ultra low float winner and lowered their available shares as step one as part of their corporate take over of former Firefish, a NV corporation. Cutting the available shares to only 500 million total.

That's another check in the win box for GIFX.

GIFX and their amazing good share structure looks like a NASDAQ company share structure to me.

$GIFX may very well be thee reverse merger of the past several years. It's as simple as that to me. Risk versus tremendous rewards.
