You may want to research this CEO Delmar Janovec. Looks like he’s already run several penny stocks into the ground and screwed over investors. Not saying it’ll happen here, but the lack of transparency from him might be an indication of what is to come...this article is dated, but raised some concerns for me. Multiple companies he was CEO of have been delisted and no longer trade. CannaGrow, who is the “sister” company to SGD holdings has tanked as well over the past 1-2 years. Im not shocked that this can’t get back up over .10. Smart money is waiting for further updates on funding and the exact business plan/model. GLTY. Here’s the link:
