If Zimmerman really owned such a valuable patent, why wouldn't he just sell it to a major drug company?
Or, approach legit venture cap people.
Why would he instead give the patent away in exchange for some restricted shares in an OTC shell with a troubled history? Each of those shares is worth four times the current market price, but that's not very much. Why not instead sell the (hypothetical) patents for megabucks or go to venture cap investors?
