Using adjectives like clown degrade the discussion. What posters fail to recognize, and what I believe the downside of the thread is this:

The dynamics of salt water and the ocean are well published and have generations of learnings. The failing is discounting that smart people are able to build on the known base and improve.

Innovation is a tricky thing, especially when innovating in the known.

Keep throwing the adjectives, but reasoned people do not need cool aide. They only need an understanding that discounting innovation usually makes fools of the side line judges.

I for one will hold judgement because common sense tells me that innovation is always possible. Mr. Beavers plainly noted that the current technology was stale.

I still recommend caution...

SFRX is serious people doing serious work.

I believe things have improved in technology since the 1990's when you were last involved.
